Karen currently teaches weekely classes and workshops in the Oklahoma City area. She also teaches monthly workshops in Southlake, Texas.

Yoga for Beginners [Midwest City, OK]

A class that integrates the fundamentals of yoga by combining breath with movement in order to build strength and flexibility while releasing everyday tensions. Ideal for beginners of all ages. A good place to take your first yoga class.

Postnatal Yoga - Mom and Baby [Midwest City, OK]

This class is for those returning from prenatal yoga with their babies. babies should be atleast 5-weeks old and not yet crawling. Mom does need previous yoga experience.

Kids learn centering and relaxation techniques and sharing skills while they practcie yoga exercises and do fun activities to earn collector cards.

Prenatal Yoga [Oklahoma City, OK]

This class focuses on alleivating the pains of pregnancy and preparing the mind and body for labor and delivery. Prenatal Yoga is open to healthy pregnant women who are at least 12 weeks pregnant. Your physician's consent is required.

What to Bring to Class
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, most people wear t-shirts and shorts, sweats or leggings. Remove shoes and socks for class.
Bring a yoga mat and yoga blanket as we will spend a a great deal of time on the floor.

A class that integrates the fundamentals of yoga by combining breath with movement in order to build strength and flexibility while releasing everyday tensions. Ideal for beginners of all ages. A good place to take your first yoga class.
Mamaste Yoga™ Prenatal Yoga
Yoga is an excellent option during pregnancy, it can help to soothe your aches and pains, help to reduce stress, teach you to relax, and help prepare you for childbirth and motherhood. Prenatal yoga provides the opportunity for women to deepen their connection with their bodies, babies, and other pregnant women in the community. This class is open to healthy pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Please get approval from your doctor before attending this class. Yoga For Women
Many women are living and working in a body with which they rarely connect. This class will focus on women's wellness, offering women a safe and supportive environment to discover themselves. Learn to take time to be still, breathe and move your body with awareness of it's beauty, it's flow of energies, it's capacity for non-verbal communication and it's capabilities for self-healing, you will be amazed at the potential for well-being.
Samatva Yoga - Mixed level
The Sanskrit word samatva means balance, equanimity, stability of their body and mind. This gentle style of yoga aims at bringing this balance to our bodies, minds and lives. Emphasis is placed on the breath supporting the postures. It is recommended that all participants complete a minimum of 6 beginner yoga classes and are comfortable with sun salutations..
Samatva Yoga - Yoga Lessons
Take your practice deeper with Yoga Lessons. This 30 minutes class will focus on only one posture each week. We will break it down for each person in class and learn the benefits and variations. Combine this class with Samatva Yoga Mixed Level class at 6:00 for a full 105 minutes of yoga.
