Yoga™ Prenatal Yoga |
| Yoga is an excellent option during pregnancy, it can help to
soothe your aches and pains, help to reduce stress, teach you
to relax, and help prepare you for childbirth and motherhood.
Prenatal yoga provides the opportunity for women to deepen their
connection with their bodies, babies, and other pregnant women
in the community. This class is open to healthy pregnant women
in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Please get approval from your
doctor before attending this class. Students must be between

| The Sanskrit word samatva means balance, equanimity, stability of their body and mind. This gentle style of yoga aims at bringing this balance to our bodies, minds and lives. Emphasis is placed on the breath supporting the postures. It is recommended that all participants complete a minimum of 6 beginner yoga classes and are comfortable with sun salutations.. |
Samatva Yoga - Yoga Lessons
Take your practice deeper with Yoga Lessons. This 30 minutes class will focus on only one posture each week. We will break it down for each person in class and learn the benefits and variations. Combine this class with Samatva Yoga Mixed Level class at 6:00 for a full 105 minutes of yoga. |
